Car Tunes provides an enthusiast environment, and each of our employees takes pride in what he or she does every day. We are committed to maintaining this environment, and use it to attract installers with the highest level of skill, and a serious commitment to our standards for quality and customer service.

In addition to our car audio installer and sales teams, each retail Car Tunes location has a Garage Manager, who is also a Master Installer. Garage Managers are responsible for training each car audio installer hired into their garage. We hire seasoned car audio installers, most of whom carry an MECP (Mobile Electronics Certified Professional) certificate.

Both our sales teams and our installation teams participate in ongoing training sessions provided by vendors, manufacturers and industry experts. The sessions and seminars provide Car Tunes staff with the most up to date and insightful product knowledge and specific installation requirements, and ensure that we continue to deliver the highest level of customer service and quality workmanship.
